Terms of Service

1. What JobDrop Is

JobDrop is an AI-powered job-matching service. We search job listings, score them against your CV and preferences, and deliver matches to you via WhatsApp. We also generate tailored CVs and cover letters, and offer optional interview preparation sessions.

What JobDrop is not: We are not a recruitment agency or employer. We do not guarantee that you will receive interviews, job offers, or employment. We provide tools to help you find and apply for jobs more effectively — the outcome depends on many factors outside our control.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use JobDrop. By using the service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the WhatsApp number and email address you register with.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

JobDrop offers the following paid plans:

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. Prices are displayed at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to change our prices, with notice provided to existing subscribers before any change takes effect.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. When you cancel, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.

Because our service delivers value immediately and incurs processing costs, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. One-time purchases (such as CV Builder or Interview Prep) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

5. Interview Preparation Sessions

Interview prep sessions are conducted by independent mentors. While we aim to connect you with knowledgeable mentors, JobDrop does not guarantee any specific outcome from these sessions. Sessions must be booked and attended according to the scheduling terms provided at the time of booking.

6. Acceptable Use

When using JobDrop, you agree not to:

• •Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• •Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE law.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
• •Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service without our permission.
• •Upload content that you do not have the right to use, or that infringes on others’ rights.
• •Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the CV and personal information you provide. By using JobDrop, you grant us a limited licence to process your content for the purpose of providing our service — including scoring jobs, generating tailored documents, and delivering matches. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. AI-Generated Content

Our CV tailoring, cover letters, and CV Builder use artificial intelligence. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all generated documents before submitting them to employers. JobDrop is not liable for the content of any document you choose to send.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep JobDrop available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobDrop and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost opportunities, lost income, or missed job applications. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of JobDrop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp or email. Your continued use of JobDrop after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
